Upfoundry is operated by Paul Hudson from Essex, United Kingdom. This page explains what we do with information you send through upfoundry.co.uk.
We do not sell leads, run newsletters, or use marketing automation.
What we collect
If you email us, use the form on this site, or book a call, we receive what you choose to send: your name, company, email address, optional phone number, and the problem you describe.
Booked calls are written to Paul’s Google Calendar ([email protected]) and you receive a calendar invitation. Google processes attendee details to send that invitation and host the Google Meet link.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, so the site can be served securely.
We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-H18VEZH56T, the same property as the previous Upfoundry marketing site) to understand how people use this site. Google may collect device, usage, and approximate location information via cookies or similar technology. See Google’s privacy policy.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell analytics data.
How we use it
We use your message only to decide whether we can help, to reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation if we work together. A booked call is used to hold that time and to send you the meeting details.
We do not pass your details to mailing lists, lead buyers, or advertising platforms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails and booked calls are kept for as long as we need them to reply and, if we work together, to deliver the work. If we do not proceed, we delete the enquiry when it is no longer useful — typically within 12 months. Calendar events can be deleted from the diary if a call does not go ahead.
Who we share it with
Email is delivered through ordinary email infrastructure. Booked calls are stored in Google Calendar. Site usage data is processed by Google Analytics. We may use professional advisers (for example an accountant or solicitor) where the law or a live engagement requires it. We do not otherwise share enquiry data.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected].
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
